Data Controller
The data controller is Uniplast srl, Via P.Togliatti, 46/3a, 42020 - Montecavolo di Quattro Castella (RE) – Italy.
Purposes of processing
The personal identification data collected from the data subject, i.e. the site user, are processed and used directly for the following purposes:
- to comply with the user’s request for information related to the company’s activities or for other requests by the customer, as well as for instrumental and/or complementary purposes, such as storage, processing in full compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness and with the relevant legal provisions.

Methods of processing
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, with your privacy and rights protected. They will be processed with the help of current computer systems or manually by specially authorised personnel. The Data Controller shall put in place technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject is entitled to ask the data controller for access to his/her personal data, the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing or to oppose their processing. You also have the right to request a full explanation of your rights by writing to the address of the Data Controller.
Storage times
The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the above purposes and according to the terms of the law and, in any case, for a period not exceeding one year if the right of opposition is not exercised in the meantime by the data subject.
The data are kept until the data subject expresses an objection to the sending thereof and a desire to stop receiving the newsletter
