Mould design

After the analysis of the study and verification of the 3D detail, we move on to the design of the mold.

This is where our experience comes into play. Uniplast is able to optimize the production process, identifying the best solutions from both a technical and an economic point of view.

The entire procedure is drawn in 3D with a bill of materials for the entire project. In this phase, a careful optimization of the mold cooling circuit is made with the aim of obtaining the maximum technical and production result. Here electrodes are extracted, the sliding movements are simulated and the operating tables are created.
