Through the use of MPB-ERP software and the acquisition in real time of the progress of each production phase, Uniplast benefits from a "monitor" constantly updated on the activity carried out and is able to respond promptly to every need by exploiting its own production capacity consisting of a fleet of 30 units ranging from 50 to 650 tons.

It is also able to finalize a wide range of technical solutions with a methodical quality control in line and a further quality control on the finished product ensuring compliance of the production cycle with the technical characteristics dictated in the design phase.

Focus on Quality. At the end of the production process, to verify the product, dimensional surveys are carried out using the 3d laser scanning technology, ideal for numerous reverse engineering applications such as, for example, rapid prototyping in the production of plastic materials, we are able to digitize a piece or object that has no CAE description and create 3D models that can then be used to reproduce the part or object entirely.

Our quality department consists of:

• 1 CMM 3D CNC measuring machine;
  
• 1 VMM CNC measuring machine;
  
• 1 3d scanner for re-engenering;
• 1 Profile 2d projector.
